How can we remove turtles from a pond & what can we do with them?

We have a natural pond that we'd like to stock with fish but it is now filled with turtles - seemingly of different types. One is at least 12 inches across! We live on a ranch in SD %26 have had a multiple year draught with rain this spring %26 never seen so many turtles! Next question is: What can I do with all the turtles? As a ranch, we raise animals for sale so of course it would be wonderful to be able to sell some of the turtles but is it legal or not? How can I find out more? THANK YOU!!! :)
Answers:
legal, get a big storage plastic box from walmart, and feed them feder gold fish, change the water or get afilter
Being that the turtles are in their natural and wild habitat, it is illegal to sell them or to capture them. If you really don't want them there find a local reptile refuge to take them to or call animal control and they can help you. Really, they are awesome animals and if it were I, I'd be thrilled to have them living wild on my property.
Get the local animal control to help. You can't sell them since they are in their wild habitat. If they are bothering you find a lake to reloacte them if not...get the animal control to do it.
don't sell them... enjoy them! lol
