Have a red eared slider & it has a white spot\blister looking spot on the back of his neck, help, what is it

It is the start of a fungal infection. You can probably treat it at home, clean the spot every day with hydrogen peroxide, then rinse it off and put provodine-iodine solutipon on it, do not rinse of the sollution, after several days it should go away. You can get the medicins listed at walmart, just be care full not to get it in the turtles eyes. If you don't want to treat it at home you can take it to a vet, but it will cost alot
