Help on a turtle!?

I have a 4 month old red ear slider on a tank, the water is crystal clear and has a calcium block in it.But for some reason, worms of 1/4 of a centimeter are building up on the glass. Why need help!
Answers:
CLEAN IT dont let worms build up in there clean it until its spotless remove EVERYTHING and throw it all away then buy new rocks, and whatever you put in the tank and fill it back up with treated water
I would say parasites are in you tank tank-water or maby your turtle
they are probley from your turtle, try to rinse your turtle of change water and clean tank. good luck!
Clean the tank again... remove the rocks and boil them in water... When you fill tank up again, use bottled water at room temperature... Do you have a pump/filter? If you don't it is a good idea to get one... If you do then make sure to clean that as well and get a new filter. If the worms continue to appear, take your turtle to the vet, they might be coming from him.
If the turtle is wild-caught or was kept with wild-caught turtles, it is infested with parasites... or they are coming from the food.

Clean things up and get rid of the calcium block- it is a waste of money and calcium is better from the diet.
your turtle has intestinal parasites, take him to the vet immediatley.
