Help with lizard eggs?

My Northern Fence Lizard has laid two eggs. One egg lasst week and another today. Both times I hace found them in the water. Have a pond in my terriam I also have frogs. How can I tell if they are fertilized, what is the best way to incubate them and has anyone ever had their lizard lay eggs in water? Will this kill the eggs.
Answers:
