That would completely depend on the condition and size of the snake as well as the temperature. A full grown adult in good condition can easily go a couple months or more before showing any signs of thinning. A baby snake that has not taken its first meal will start to decline in just a few weeks. The metabolism of snakes is slower at cooler temperatures.
last I checked the record for a corn snake was over two years! the top time was set by a ball python that went for 46 months!
snakes can go up to a year with out eating but i depends on the condition of the snake
