How long can a snake live without food or water?

Answers:
Most snakes if well fed beforehand can go for over a year without food with little or no problems.
If not fed beforehand then a few weeks.
depends on the size and breed of the snake. In captivity they can go several weeks without food.
As other people said, thay can go for up to a year without food (although, at this point, there is a risk of death). The bigger they are, the longer they can last (obviously, they need the food stores [fat]). Baby snakes wouldn't last long at all, however.

Also, as for water, not very long at all, I am guessing a week or two with not water, and that again will be (I suspect) the point at which they are going to die. All animals can last much longer without food than without water.
