you would have to ask a vet etc because if you just feed it meat etc it will die
you most likely have to feed it mice etc which you buy frozen yuk but that still would probably not be enough so ask the proper people because that's safest
oh yeah what sort of eagle makes a difference so take it to a vet to get checked out as well here in australia you dont pay the vet bill for any native bird or animal you take to get fixed if its hurt in any way

fist off this is for reptiles anot birds second off if you have a baby eagle you can puree its food and use a syringe to help feed but i would call the wildlife rescue shelter for them to take care of it
